Stacy
Offenberger
Stacy Offenberger began her pageant career by capturing
the title of Miss Ohio Teen USA in 1998. Stacy then advanced
to compete in the 1998 Miss Teen USA pageant where actress
and entertainment reporter Vanessa Minnillo was crowned.
2006 Stacy was one of the few to capture the dual crown
in the country for the state of Ohio and become Miss Ohio
USA. Stacy was a finalist in the 2006 MISS USA Pageant
in Baltimore, Maryland and announced as the countries third
runner-up. While reigning as Miss Ohio USA, Stacy embraced
the official cause of the Miss USA/Miss Universe Organization
and raised over $50,000.00 for Breast and Ovarian Cancer
Research. Stacy ended her reign as Miss Ohio USA with a
heart felt presentation and award given to her by the SOMC
(Southern Ohio Medical Center) a center dedicated to cancer
treatment and research. Today Stacy is a spokeswoman and
travels the country for Toyota.

Albert
Soliz
A native Texan, Albert Soliz has been involved with the
Miss Texas USA pageant system for over 17 years as an emcee,
judge, consultant, local director and emcee. Currently,
he is the Assistant Director for the Miss San Antonio USA/Miss
San Antonio Teen USA pageant and holds the same position
with The Crystal Group, producers of the Miss Texas USA,
Miss Texas Teen USA and Miss Houston USA pageants. Albert
is a model/actor having appeared in local, regional and
national print campaigns and in television commercials.
For fun and recreation, Albert enjoys going to the gym,
playing competitive tennis and collecting autographed sports
memorabilia. You will also find him watching College Football
and NBA Basketball, especially when his favorite teams,
the Texas Longhorns and NBA Champions San Antonio Spurs,
are playing! |

Chelsea
Rudder
Chelsea-Lyn Rudder is the Executive Director of the New
York City Council’s Black, Latino and Asian Caucus.
She also serves as Finance Director of the New York State
Young Democrats and as a member of Community Board One,
the local governing body of Lower Manhattan. She received
her bachelor’s degree in 2005 from Pace University
in Communications and Political Science and is currently
a master’s of science candidate in Global Affairs
at New York University. While attending Pace, she interned
with the New York City Council, as well as Fox 5 and CBS
2. As an intern on Fox 5’s Good Day Street Talk,
her roles ranged from interviewee coordinator to segment
producer. At CBS 2, she assisted in the production of and
appeared in several promotional commercials. She resides
in New York City and is a native of Rochester Hills, Michigan.
In 2001, Chelsea was crowned Miss Michigan Teen USA and
went on to represent her state at the Miss Teen USA Pageant.
Chelsea has served as a spokesperson for Michigan Special
Olympics, SADD and Detroit’s Caribbean Cultural and
Carnival Association. |

Mike
Matsumiya
Mike resides in Saginaw, Michigan and has been judging
drill team, dance, pep squad and field show competitions
nation-wide for the past 25 years. Mike has served as Pageant
Director/Coordinator for the Miss Dance Team USA Pageant,
Talent Coordinator for the Grammy Awards and Field Assistant
for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies for the 1984 Olympic
Games. He also served as Choreographer and Performer for
the Los Angeles (now St. Louis) Rams Entertainers (NFL),
the Los Angeles Cobra Entertainers (AFL) and recently Coordinated
and Choreographed tryouts for the Cleveland Cavalier’s
Cav’s Cavalry (NBA). He coached and choreographed
3 State and 2 National High School Champion Pep Squads
and Dance teams as well as 2 Collegiate Pep Squad National
Finalists teams. Mike has danced and performed with Paula
Abdul and has also appeared at Disneyland. Mike is a founding
member of Score4Dance, the organization responsible for
bringing Dance and Cheerleading Competition as sports to
the AAU Junior Olympic Games. |

Betty
Warner
Betty has 25 years of experience in the world of pageantry.
She first took on the challenge of being the Director of
the Miss Round Rock Scholarship Pageant. Then after seven
years, Betty was given the opportunity, in 1997, to become
the Director of the Miss Austin USA/Miss Austin Teen USA
pageant, a preliminary pageant of one of the only two states
to have official preliminary programs in the country. Betty
has helped young women advance to both the semi-finals
and finals at Miss Texas Teen USA®, Miss Texas USA®,
Miss Teen USA®, Miss USA® & Miss Universe.
She wants her contestants to have a positive, learning
experience, meet new friends and have fun! Out of all of
Betty’s many accomplishments, she is also proud of
the fact that many of the girls who have competed in her
pageants in the past are now on the pageant committee. |
